Underbrick is an independent product design and digital manufacturing studio based in Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order by email after payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for a stock or material shortage, a production issue, or an obvious pricing error — and will refund you in full if we do.

You confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are at least 18 years old, or ordering with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable, calculated for the delivery address at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment provider at the time of purchase; we never see or store your card details.

We can change prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Printed objects are made by additive manufacturing. Small layer lines, minor colour variation between batches and slight dimensional differences are normal in this process and are not defects. Where a product page states dimensions, material or tolerance, those figures describe the intended specification.

Colour accuracy depends on your screen. If a specific colour or finish matters to you, ask us before ordering.

Custom projects run in stages: brief, quote, design, your written approval, then production. Work already performed before you walk away is chargeable, and once a design is approved for production it cannot be cancelled — see the Refund & Return Policy.

For B2B orders, a signed quote or purchase order prevails over these terms where they conflict. Payment terms, minimums and lead times come from that document.

Ownership of a bespoke design follows what's written in the quote. Unless stated otherwise, you get a licence to use the design for your own purposes and we keep the right to show the work in our portfolio — tell us if it must stay confidential.

Digital products are licensed under the Digital Product License. Downloading a file means you accept it.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity under your login. Don't share accounts, resell access, or use the app to upload material you have no right to use.

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, risks our infrastructure, or breaches these terms, and we'll tell you why when we can.

All designs, names, logos, images, text and software on this site belong to Underbrick or our licensors. You may not copy, mimic or commercially exploit them without our written permission. Makers who report a stolen copy of our files get our thanks and a discount.

The site and its content are provided as-is. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't responsible for content from third-party sites we link to.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost time. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for defects under the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one on this page on the day you order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, with the courts of Nicosia having jurisdiction, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights in your home country. Questions: hello@underbrick.com.
